All keepsakes are sent out My Hermes or Royal Mail Tracked and Traced unless otherwise specified. Once in the hands of the delivery company any lost or damaged items must be claimed from the relevant delivery company. I will provide assistance where possible.
RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Unfortunately due to the bespoke nature of the keepsakes made, I cannot offer a return or refund for your order. I will however in the event your keepsake is faulty on my part, I will fix this for you free of charge. Please see Terms & Conditions here
